iPod is
a brand of a series of devices digital media player
designed and sold by Apple ( Hewlett-Packard
also had to sell the product with the name Apple iPod + HP). The
name "iPod" is also the name of one of the first digital media player
variant in the sequence (this variant is now called the "iPod
classic"). Most of the variants of the iPod
